Represented by our Division Head for Sales and Public Relation, Mr. Zaid Ramadhan Hanan, ST, MSC, MBA, CV. Nusantara Agro Bakula took part in the Coaching Program for New Exporters (CPNE) that was held by Exim Bank on 18-19 February 2019 at Prosperity Building SCBD, Jakarta. CV. Nusantara Agro Bakula obtained this invitation from the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) Center of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia . FTA Center acted as the provider of a curated list of potential SMEs to be part of this SPNE Program.

During said event, CV. NUALA obtained many information on the right strategies to initiate export practices, so that once the buyer has decided to continue to a Sales and Purchase Agreement, the SMEs will not be entangled in any technical issues. There were also many suggestions on how to correctly initiate export practices, including the analysis on regulation sectors related to the export activities itself.

Such information is very imperative to be disseminated to the SMEs, in order to prepare themselves in facing the regulations and any related requirements during export practices. It was also disseminated by the panel of said event regarding how to find buyers and the correct marketing strategies.

During the event, our Division Head realized that CV. NUALA has implemented most of said suggestions since the very beginning of the company’s establishment. Having a Commissioner who has strong legal background, CV. NUALA focused the first year of the company’s operation to strengthen its compliance aspects related to packaging standards, food safety standards, halal certification and international barcode system using EAN (European Article Number) that will open wider chances for our company to access European market, as well as to be a plus point to be presented to our clients.

Our Division Head elaborated that such event is valued positively by our company as a whole, especially in regards to the “making-connection” practices with the other CPNE participants. Apart from being the member of Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN), CV. NUALA is honored to be part of the CPNE Program due to the chances to make further contacts with fellow business players and making a whole lot new community on this sector that will strengthen the operational aspects of the company in the future.

CPNE also suggested the use of Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) specifically to broaden the exposure of our company to the international communities. Considering that CV. NUALA is filled by young entrepreneurs, such suggestion will be highly appreciated and implemented in our company’s operation. Having our website published, CV. NUALA is confident that our company will be able to secure trade deals in this operation year of 2019.
