We have a certified production facility with grade “A” certification from Indonesian Food and Drugs Authority (BPOM RI). Indonesian Halal Authority has also inspected our factory, all the raw materials including the packaging materials, and granted Halal Certificate to our products.
Our production facility in South Borneo is empowered with automatic sealing machine and specialized grinding machine for dried spices, which will shorten the production time and increase our production capacity. Such machineries also enable us to use a better packaging compared to common SMEs in Indonesia.
Our production line only use the best raw materials. Our spices are known and can be traced back to the history of Indonesia. We also implement quality checking in each step of our production process, including laboratory check on food quality in cooperation with government lab in South Borneo.
We empower our factory with capable human resources in supervising the production process:
1. A certified Halal Auditor;
2. An acknowledged Internal Halal Monitoring System; and
3. Quality Check (QC) officers;
Our main warehouse is embedded with our factory to ensure the final Quality Checking done by our officers is in accordance with our Quality Checking Manuals. This is also used to ensure traceability of our products using Barcode system from GS1 Indonesia (member of GS1 International);
We are capable to produce:
1. Up to 120,000 2gr sachets / month;
2. Up to 50,000 15gr bottles / month;
3. Up to 20,000 200gr standing pouches / month
4. Up to 10,000 1kg standing pouches / month;
5. Up to 5,000 50kg gunny sacks / month**;
